Virupaksha Temple, Hampi
Virupaksha Temple, also dedicated to Lord Shiva, is part of a group of temples at Hampi, Karnataka. It is located on the banks of the river Tungabhadra within the ruins of the ancient city of Vijayanagara. The temple’s history dates back to the 7th century.
